Sunfish Raffle 2015 - guidelines and details

1. drawing
   The Drawing will be held at the Up from the Ashes Sunfish regatta which will be on January 18, 2015 at the Edgewood Yacht Club.  
   
   
2. present to win
   Raffle Participant does not need to be present at the Drawing to win.
   
   
3. notices
   Information about this Raffle will be posted on the website of the Edgewood Sailing School.
   
   
4. address for ordering online or by mail
   In addition to tickets sold directly to raffle participants, the Sailing School accepts ticket orders through the Edgewood Sailing School website (www.edgwoodsailing.org), and through US Mail to either the Post Office Box 25641, Cranston, Rl 02905 or to the Edgewood Sailing School at the Edgewood Yacht Club, 1 Shaw Avenue, Cranston, Rl 02905.
   
   
5. conditions for tickets through the website
   Tickets paid for with credit cards on the website will not be deemed purchased, and all amounts paid are fully refundable upon written request by email to staff@edgewoodsailing.org, until the Edgewood Sailing School delivers the physical ticket to the raffle participant in person prior to the date of the drawing, the participant authorizes the Edgewood Sailing School to serve as the participant's agent for in-person delivery at 9am on the date prior to the drawing. The participant's attending or not attending the drawing will not affect the participant's chances of winning.
   
   
6. DEADLINE for orders BY MAIL 1200pm January 15, 2015
   Ticket mail orders must be received by the Edgewood Sailing School at or before noon on Thursday January 15, 2015 to be included in the Drawing.
   
   
7. DEADLINE for orders ONLINE or IN PERSON up to the Drawing
   Tickets purchased in person, or through the Sailing School website, will be included, until the website is closed, and/or "Closure" is called near the time of the Drawing.
   
   
8. orders not received by deadline
   Any ticket order or purchase not included in the Drawing will be refunded.
   
   
9. refund because insufficient number of tickets purchased
   In the unlikely event that fewer than 100 tickets are purchased at or before the time of the Drawing, notice will be posted on the Edgewood Sailing School website, each ticket holder will be notified, and each ticket purchased will be refunded.
   
   
10. compliance with all applicable Law
    The Raffle is not offered in any manner which is contrary to any law in force in the jurisdiction of the purchaser or the Edgewood Sailing School. 
    
    
11. conduct of the Raffle
    This raffle is conducted by the Edgewood Sailing School.
