Session 5g

Goal: Recreational extended day-sail (with on-shore overnight)
Skills: Chart-reading and navigation. Day-sailing and evening sailing, including trip planning and provisioning, for a trip to overnight anchorage or docking. (Crew goes ashore for dinner, and returns in morning.) Return to Edgewood Sunday morning. Accompanied by Sailing School instructor safety boat and by a supporting cruising class sailboat to provide amenities. Ground transportation on the over-night will be arranged within the group. (May be taken as only one of these two days of sailing, tuition prorated.)
(Required Prep: Class “Night Sailing”; Level 2, and preferred with Navigation 1-3 as well.)
