Important information for Youth Registration 2024

Payment in full is due immediately upon registration. Late payment may result in your spot being given to another student.
Classes which offer "Wait List", or which require "Instructor Approval", will not be charged to the family student account until space is available, or the required Approval is confirmed.
The Rick MacNeil Scholarship Fund provides several scholarships to kids from families who need help paying for sailing lessons. Only the $25 registration fee will required immediately, while your application is being reviewed.

Session 420IN5

420 Intermediate/Refresher

Boathandling skills are honed in the c420 racing dinghy. Confident, capable sailors learn how to sail a double-handed dinghy, both as a skipper and as crew. The older young sailors will experience thrill of sailing a faster boat with trapezes and spinnakers. Sailors work a full day of weather options, including the brisker afternoon winds, allowing for introduction of the more demanding performance. Additional regatta fees may apply for July 8 NBYA 420#1, Newport Regatta (7/14-15), and possibly NBYA#2. (Details furnished on-line by regatta organizers.)

Full days Monday-Thursday; only afternoons Friday.

Tuition: $750 per session, Registration fee: $25, EYC youth student membership fee: $24 per week

Meets 10 times on Monday–Friday from July 15–July 26 at 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
